Pandas, pandas and more pandas

Another Friday and time for friends with flair(FWF).  I made a quick card tonight after I was done taking care of my adorable great nephew.  Ekkk I am getting more and more of them.  I love having a baby in the house.  I definitely figured out quickly I am not as young as I  use to be.  I must admit I got a little tired.  He and I even took a little nap together.  Rocking that little blue eyed blond haired boy brought me back 18 years ago when my oldest was one.  But like they say it is fun to have them visit but I you are glad when they to get him.

Anyway here is my card. Sorry about the poor quality of the lighting. I was taking the pictures at 11pm.  It actually has sparkle and I am happy the way it turned out.  It is just not apparent in my photo.

Supplies:
Stamp:Unity Plenty of Pandas (its on sale this week) it is adobs as the kids are saying these days.
ink: momento and hero arts
Patterned paper-
stickles
random sequences from my mound

Thanks for looking.  Have a great weekend.

  6. As you know, both my daughter and I both just adore your wonderful panda card, as she wanted to CASE it immediately! Thank you again for sharing it! You are quite lucky you got to nap with your snuggly nephew. My youngest is around that age and he rarely wants to slow down long enough to nap with me anymore!

    1. I am so happy she liked it. She really does a great job. My youngest is 8 and makes cards all the time. Her problem is more is better and they get pretty crowded.Your daugher's are really really good. Tell I am honored she took my idea and made it better. Adding the little panda with the ballon and the "hi" was a better idea than what I had. I just love when people pass on there hobbies to their children.

I sure know what you mean abt not being as young as we used to be. I watch my 4 yr old very kinetic granddaughter full-time.........whew. I am grateful when she runs herself into exhaustion and we can nap together!!! :)

  8. *SMILES* This card is so incredibly adorable; I cannot wipe the smile from my face!! My husband is probably getting nervous and wondering what I'm up to lol!

I can totally relate to the feeling older comment...our first grandchild spent Christmas with us this year, and I was wiped out...daily! I don't remember being that exhausted when our boys were younger...or parts of my body aching the way they did. Still, even though I was tired and achy, I enjoyed every minute of it...and would do it again in a New York minute! :)
